Kim Russell Joins Galvan Industries

As Galvanizing Customer Service Representative

Galvan Industries has announced the appointment of Kimberly Russell as Galvanizing Customer Service Representative (CSR). Kim comes to Galvan with 18 years experience inside sales and administration in construction and related industries. Her background includes responsibilities in estimating, order entry, status inquiries and expedites, shipping and delivery, scheduling and invoicing.

"Kim's extensive experience and her customer relation skills made her the ideal choice for CSR," said company president Laurens Willard. "We are very happy to have her on board, and I know our customers will feel the same way."
